High quality custom cabinets

Made in the USA

Materials

Our standard cabinet boxes are made with 3/4” clear maple or birch plywood, cut with our CNC wood cutter. The doors are made by hand with solid maple frames, and the door style is created with a router bit. Our most popular drawer style is made with 1/2” baltic birch joined by the english dovetail joining system. We do offer various material options, including laminates, other wood species, etc.

Fabrication

All of our cabinets are fabricated, painted and assembled in our shop. We use a CNC wood cutter to speed up the process, which allows us to pay more attention to the doors, paint and assembly.

Paint

The cabinets are painted in our shop by a professional painter using a spray booth. The process goes - primer, 2 coats of paint and top coat in either water based or cab acrylic paint. We do not paint on the jobsite, except for minor touch ups at the end of the installation.

Assembly

Our cabinet boxes are assembled using pocket screws and glue. We DO NOT use nails on the faceframe. Our drawer boxes are joined by the english dovetail joining system. BLUM soft-close hardware is our standard, but we offer various options, including speclty hardware such as push to open, servo, aventos, etc.

Design

We use Mozaik CNC, a cabinet design software to create floorplans and 3D renderings of projects. 3D renderings are a great way to help a homeowner envision their space before making any big decisions.
